Heather Batista has been my hairdresser for just short of 8 yrs. I had many different
hairdressers and all of them I was dissatisfied with in some way. It seemed like they would
agree & understand what I was asking for only for me to walk out with exactly what
had asked not be done. I was always embarrassed to say that I was unhappy so I
would smile & pay.
I have very difficult short hair because I have cowlicks, too many to count. Heather works
with my hair to the point that the cowlicks end up to my advantage with the cut. It is a
rare week when I don't have someone stop me to ask who does my hair. I've given her number
out countless times, now I carry her cards around just for this reason. After awhile I got tired
having to stop to have someone find a pen & paper, so its easier to just pass out her card.
In addition to Heather's ability to do hair very well, she is a pleasure to spend time with.
She makes the time you are there all about you. Heather makes you feel like your her
only client. There was a time Heather took a break from styling to give birth to and
raise her children...as happy as I was for her...I was absolutely lost! There's too many
things to worry about in life...I'm fortunate that bad hair days aren't one of my worries
thanks to Heather.
